one year ago southern solar came to my house with there lies and said i would not have a electric bill and also make some money they put 80 pannels on my roof and i keep on getting a electric bill of 400.00 dollares and a 585.00 solar payment and before my average electric bill was 400.00 dollares so after one year i stop paying and now for my home i dont owe any money on they put a lean against my home because they lied so no dont get solar its a joke and scam

I have a 2008 suburban, and a 2916 Cadillac Escalade ESV both with the DOD / AFM system. I paid Over $11K on both vehicles getting the lifters/ cams replaced on the vehicles . I am now dealing with a transmission problem with my Escalade now. I would like to get my savings back if possible with the lawsuit?

I am also having problems with Tamco Heritage shingles. The roof was installed on my manufactured home in 2016. 2 years ago I had a leak. I had 3 different roofer’s tell me my roof was defective. I thought the granular in my rain gutters was a normal thing. I contacted Tamco. Had all the problems documented by my roofer. They gave me 2 warranty vouchers that would cover about half the price to replace it. We had a tremendous about of rain this year, I started to get things going in May. My voucher gave me a year to complete the work. They gave me the run around trying to find a distributor in California, which after 2 months found out there was none. I was finally pointed to a distributor in Arizona. He told me the estimate was for Arizona and California was a lot more expensive. They upped the price for the material but have refused to up the price for the labor. They told me it wasn’t there fault I could not find someone to do it cheaper. I can get the money for the shingles from them, but the labor has to be completed to get paid.
My Tamco Heritage 30 year roof was 5 years old when this began, now 7 years. I am so frustrated by the company’s lack of customer service. Do I have any legal recourse?
Please advise.

On 8/2/23 at a pharmacy called Salaamphy sold me a box of Zyrtec for Runny nose, soar throat, headache . I only taken two tablets, one for each day and on the second day I woke up with welps swelling & itchiness on my neck & both of my arms and it lead me to go to the hospital . The doctor gave me some kind of ointment but the damage to my neck and arms still itch and now this reaction turned into scabs on my neck . They should have told me about this before hand before taking my money to buy their product. They have put my health on the line just to lind their pockets with my money and others as well. My intentions is to sue them for this deliberate unjust act that they did to me on their behalf.

I was prescribed Tramadol for pain due to knee problems and after knee replacement. I took it for about a year and I was scared of it so I took it very judiciously. I realized I was taking it to go to sleep even if I didn’t have pain and I was addicted. I cold turkey and spent the 3-4 weeks of total mystery with not being able to sleep. My body would twitch uncontrollably as if I was having a seizure.
That was 5 years ago and today I still have serious problems sleeping and the involuntary body twitching and anxiety that will keep me awake at night.
I have gone to several Dr and all of them have told me it isn’t because of Tramadol and is restless leg syndrome which I have been taking a combination requip and Gabapinten at bed time so I can hopefully get some sleep. This works fair but isnt 100%.
Most days the anxiety I suffer at nights is life paralysis as if I miss my meds after 7:30 pm I will be up all night.
What bothers me is that this so called harmless drug is being allowed to be prescribed at all. How many more lives will be destroyed before it is stopped.

Tramadol and or Ultracet first ruined my kidneys way back some 15 years ago and I was never told that it could be the tramdol 50mg 4x a day now I’m stuck I have only days left to sue kaiser or the drug company is anyone out their that knows of a good Mal prarice attorney or how I should go about this they knew and never told me.
