I am definitely starting A class action Law suit Against Carrington Mortgage Services,LLC with document proof (CA Secretary of State Oath Signature Filed of the Notary showing proof) of Forged Signature of the Notary,and the Director of Foreclosures Signature with the notary’s forged Signature on the 3 Trustees notice of sale , Substitution of Trustee and Trustees deed upon sale. The Director of foreclosure just got sentenced April 2022 to 12 upto 30 months of Felony/ Gross Misdemeanor its his 2nd felony.current On May 25 2022 this was accidentally sent to me. Of my PAYMENT HISTORY SINCE THE TRANSFER OF MY LOAN IN 2008. Which is completely a huge fraudulent mess on bottom of each 48 pages it says: CMS REPORT: DATA CLASSIFICATION =3 for INTERNAL USE & DISTRIBUTION ONLY. PAYMENT HISTORY EXCESSIVE FEES, missing payments. Also April 6th & June 3rd 2020 NO Foreclosure’s NO Sale Dates CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES,LLC Falsified, Forged Misstatements and Recorded those documents Electronically of a Foreclosure sale June 3rd that never happened AZ State of Emergency Moratorium. I have so much more evidence
